The last match of the 10th round of Superleague held in Batumi today. Batumians, trained by Gia Kazanjian, hosted Rustavi in a very important match. Both teams are fighting to stay in the Superleague. Batumi was on the 9th place after 2 victories in 9 matches and Rustavi was on the last place with 1 victory. Accordingly, this match was of high importance.
The match started tensily. Both teams were focused on defense. There were mistakes and the score was growing equally.
Rustavians won the first period 22:17, the hosts tied the game from the second quarter, they equalized the score at first, after which, they advanced. Batumi was leading 33:30 for the big break.
