Rustavians did everything they could to resist the Dinamo players, but they didn’t have an advantage in the class and experience. On the other hand, Dinamo has started the Super League season with 2 defeats and each victory has a great significance for them. Irakli Khoshtaria’s team gained the second victory today.
Dinamo won the first period 22:7 and then Rustavians managed to reduced the difference to 9 points. Ramaz Gogoberishvili was mainly using the youth – 18 years old Gigi Tabagua was on the court for a long time, Zura Vashakidze, 21 years old Levan Gogaladze, also Erekle Lortkipanidze, Davit Gugava and Davit Baramidze were on the court as well.
Eventually, Khoshtaria’s team won 77:61 and took a place in the middle of the standings. Khorvatian Demagoj Bubalo led the winners with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Levan Grdzelidze collected 18 points. Jordan Swopshire scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. Isaak Banks was the most effective with 19 points and 13 rebounds in Rustavi. Kendarrius Hamilton scored 13 points. Erekle Lortkipanidze had 12 points.
