Kutaisi defeated Tskhum-Apkhazeti, Batumi beat Cactus

The 7th round of the Super League started in the regions today. The games were held in Kutaisi and Batumi, where the host teams won a planned and convincing victory. This is especially true for the Imereti club. Kutaisi coached by Kote Tughushi hosted Tskhum-Apkhazeti and defeated it with a difference of 33 points – 97:64 (Statistics).

Tskhum-Apkhazeti has a misfortune. The team coached by Irakli Dzidziguri has already suffered the fourth defeat from the last 5 matches. Nika Chechelashvili and Levan Maskhulia were the most effective in Tskhum-Apkhazeti with 13-13 points each.

As for the match held in Batumi, they hosted Cactus and won with 10 points – 83:73 (Statistics). The hosts took the lead from the start, though they could not take an important lead. Cactus kept his chances of success until the end, however the hosts played sensibly and maintained the lead until the end of the match.

Isaiah Traylor led the winners with 25 points and 11 rebounds. Soso Gognadze collected 15 points and 17 rebounds. Beqa Beqauri finished the meeting with 21 points. Jordan Forbes was the most effective in Cactus with 29 points. Lasha Miqeladze scored 13 points.

The remaining 3 matches of the 7th round will be held on December 11 in Tbilisi and Rustavi.
