In the last match of the first round of the Super League, Olimpi played against Dinamo Tbilisi. The meeting ended with the victory of Dinamo – 77:67 (Statistics). Due to the roster, both teams are among the favorites of the current Super League and accordingly, the meeting was of great interest.
Eventually, Dinamo won convincingly, which is the merit of their team play and balanced roster. Macedonian coach Muhammad Taci has reliable players in all positions, which turned out to be a guarantee that the advantage gained in the first period would be maintained by Dinamo until the end.

American legionnaire Trayvon Reed and a youngster Nika Darbaidze led the winners. 218cm tall American center collected 13 points and 11 rebounds. Darbaidze scored 13 points and 6 assists. Lasha Miqeladze became a top scorer of Dinamo with 14 points. Luka Bulashvili had 13 points. Bundu Abdulai was the most effective with 19 points and 7 rebounds. Otar Pkhakadze scored 15 points.
The second round of the Super League will be held on October 24 and 25 at the Tbilisi Olympic Palace.
