19 points and MVP title in canarian Derby by Shermadini

Giorgi Shermadini became the MVP of 6th tour game of the championship of Spain, held between Tenerife and Gran Canaria. Shermadini’s team was able to convincingly defeat opponent by 86:70 in the Canary derby.

Georgian Center played in the starting 5 and spent almost 24 minutes on the court. Giorgi scored 6 out of 8 two-pointers and 7 out of 9 free throws and overall collected 19 points. Additionally, he contributed 2 rebounds and 1 assists, lost ball twice and received 2 fouls. His coefficient of efficiency equaled 25 precent. Marselino Puertas scored 22 point and played huge role in victory of his team as well.

Shermadini’s team celebrated its 5^th victory in the season and holds 1^st place in standings. Tenerife will host Bilbao in next game.
