The Jr. NBA Coaches – Online program continues this week with legendary Sergio Scariolo on September 23rd, at 20:00, Georgian time.
Having won four EuroBasket championships (2009, 2011, 2015, 2022) and a World Cup (2019) at the head of Spain, Scariolo is one of the most successful coaches in the history of international competitions. In addition, he was hired by the Toronto Raptors as an assistant coach in 2018, helping the team to win their first NBA championship. Scariolo became the first Italian Coach, and the second Italian ever to become an NBA champion.
