Kutaisi – the leader of the current Super League easily gained the victory. Olimpi, which deafeted Dinamo in the previous match, now lost against Kutaisi with 32-points difference – 60:92.
The first half was almost equal, the hosts were winning but they couldn’t manage to gain the huge advantage. Kutaisi won the first period 22:15, the second quarter – 21:16 and they had 12-points advantage right before the big break.
In the second half, the hosts played even better and increased the lead up to 20 points. Olimpi didn’t have any chances to change anything. Kutaisi gained another victory and strengthened on the top of the standings.
Akaki dvalishvili led the winners with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Dejuan Wright accumulated 12 points. Richard Matiashvili and Giorgi Tsirekidze scored 10-10 points each. Revaz Rogava was the most effective with 16 points in Olimpi. Givi Baqradze scored 13 points.
The next matches of the Super League will be held on January 20th, in Tbilisi Olympic Palace.
