Georgian national basketball team is participating in the qualification stage of the World Cup 2023. The rivals of our country in Group G are Ukraine, North Macedonia and Spain.
Georgian national basketball team will play against the national team of Ukraine in the first window of the World Cup 2023 Qualifiers.
Georgia-Ukraine match will be held on November 26, at Tbilisi Sports Palace (address: 26 May Square), at 19:00.
A limited number of spectators will attend the match – 30% of the full capacity of the Tbilisi Sports Palace.

Georgian National Basketball Federation asks spectators to arrive one hour before the game in order to complete the procedures under Covid regulations in time before the match:
Along with the tickets, spectators should present:
- Identity card;
- Vaccination certificate (At least 14 days should be passed since the second dose), non-vaccinated individuals should present the negative result of PCR test of a 72-hour validity or a rapid antigen test taken 24 hours before, or a laboratory confirmed certificate that they’ve been tested positive during the last 6 months.
- All spectators should wear a mask and keep distance.
- These conditions also apply to minors.
The doors of Tbilisi Sports Palace will be open for spectators from 18:00.
