Georgian U20 team will meet Portugal in the quarterfinals

Georgia’s rival in the quarterfinals of U20 European Championship B division is already revealed. The team trained by Milos Gligorijevic will play against the hosts – Portugal. Portuguese defeated Belgium 81:53 in the final round match and gained the first place in C Group. According to the regulations, A Group plays will B in the playoffs and C group plays with D. Georgia, which is second place winner in C group will meet winners of D group – Portugal.

Quarterfinal pairs look like this:

Russia (A1) – Bulgaria (B2)
Czech Republic (B1) – Iceland (A2)
Holland (C1) – Belgium (D2)
Portugal (D1) – Georgia (C2)

Quarterfinals will be held on July 19.

Match between Georgia and Portugal will start at 23:30 (Georgian time).
