7th round match between Olimpi and Vera is already over. The team trained by Dimitri Jakobov, Davit Rogava and Dimitri Vacharadze gained a convincing victory with 9-points difference. It was their 4th win in a row.

Although, Olimpi started season with two losses, taking last place in the standings, they are now among the leaders with 4 victories. Dinamo and Batumi have the same results, while TSU has 5 victories and 2 losses and takes the first place so far.

Olimpi won the first half by 6 points – 36:30, but from the third quarter, they managed to gain and maintain an important advantage at the expense of three-pointers. Kutaisi had scored the most – 13 three-pointers against TSU before this match, but today Olimpi managed to increase this record by scoring 15 three-pointers against Vera. The latter also scored 10 three-pointers but it wasn’t enough compared to Olimpi’s results.

Eventually, Olimpi played a fast and well-thoughtout game and won deservedly. Kakha Jintcharadze led the winners with 23 points, 6 assists and 6 rebounds. Kory Holden scored 12 points, Davion Turner and Rezo Rogava had 11-11 points each. Givi Baqradze was the most effective with 16 points and 10 assists in Vera. Vakhtang Qadaria scored 14 points and 7 rebounds.
