Georgian U20 woman’s national team lost against Armenia in last minutes.

Georgian U20 woman’s national team is competing in B Division of European Championship, in Skopje, capital of Macedonia.  Team coached by Nino Kipshidze and Zviad Didbaridze held its first game on 9th of July, against Armenia. Before the start of the last period, the Georgians were winning 38:33, but lost game in last 10 minutes with final score 46:49.

Keso Barbakadze with 15 points and 17 rebounds was the best in Georgian team, Nona Tsomaia with 14 points and 5 rebound came along with her. After Barbakadze, Khatia Keburia was second in overall performance in our team, as she scored 3 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists 2 blocks, 1 blockshot

In second game of our group Israeli defeated Germany with score 65:63. Georgia will held next match on July 11th against Germany. Game will start at 18:30 Georgian time.
