The medical service of the Basketball National Federation under the supervision of Temur Khvedelidze and Zura Suleimanashvili continues trainings for doctors of national and youth championships. After first aid seminars and exams, doctors of Georgian clubs listened to Professor Pavle Kasradze’s seminar on the subject of anti-doping statutes in professional activities.
The seminar of the head of the Anti-Doping Agency, Pavle Kasradze, was held at Tbilisi Olympic Palace today and was attended by doctors and physiotherapists of Super League and A league teams, as well as the staff of the basketball federation employed for the youth championships. The doctors have been introduced the list of prohibited drugs and the mechanism on how to act in sports in this regard and to take into account the recommendations of anti-doping regulations.
